Stufe 28 from PLANUNG.md.

  • New account right "ToDo" (admin sets it on the person page); menu item "ToDo" only with it
  • To-dos: title, description, one assignee with the right or nobody, due date, priority, free category with suggestions
  • List: mine by default / all open, category filter, sorted by priority, due date, title; overdue red; done folded with "erledigt von … am …"
  • Only the creator deletes; history per to-do

A new account right "ToDo" (users.may_todo), set by an admin in admin
mode on the person page, gives the menu item "ToDo"; without it /todo
shows "Kein Zugriff". Migration 0012 adds the right and the todo table.

A to-do has a title, optional description, one assignee with the right
(or nobody), due date, priority (high/normal/low) and a free category
with suggestions from the categories in use. Everyone with the right
creates, changes, checks off and reopens to-dos; only the creator
deletes. Each to-do keeps a history.

The list shows my to-dos by default, all open ones on request, and
filters by category; it is sorted by priority, due date and title,
marks overdue ones red, and keeps done ones folded below with "erledigt
von … am …". Being assigned by someone else creates the notification
todo_assigned (also as push), which opens the to-do. Losing the right
or being deactivated leaves one's open to-dos assigned to nobody.

Notifications may now point to a to-do instead of an entry; three
notification tests read the entry with optional chaining.
