7 list partials + table.html to partials/lists/. Extract duplicated
scan result form (~85 lines) from home.html and add.html into

The sentinel div (h-4) added extra space below the pagination bar
on pages with a next page, making the pagination bar appear taller
than on the last page. Since infinite scroll only runs on mobile,
hide the sentinel on desktop with md:hidden.
Add IntersectionObserver-based infinite scroll for mobile viewports
that fetches next pages as the user scrolls. Uses MutationObserver
to re-attach after DOM replacements. Hide pagination controls on
screens narrower than 768px.
