style(home): replace empty state placeholders with blurred skeletons

- Show blurred skeleton cards with overlay text for empty brews,
  bags, and activity sections instead of plain dashed borders
- Use 6 skeleton cards for brew/bag sections to fill desktop width
- Skeleton structure mirrors real card layout (title, details, buttons)
